This’ll be a review of Star Wars Battlefront for PC. This was a really big game for its time, but is it just as good now? Read on to find out.
Sound: It’s pretty hard to mess up a Star Wars game’s soundtrack, and Battlefront is no exception. Sound: 9.5/10
Presentation: A fairly visually impressive game for its time. Nothing compared to current games, but still nice. Presentation: 7/10
Gameplay: With loads of different classes, weapons, vehicles and maps to choose from, the variety is endless. There are also a plethora of modes to play in such as campaign, conquest and free play, giving you fresh challenges every playthrough. The controls are spectacular, the objectives fun and the gameplay style itself is downright addicting. It’s fast and frenetic yet there’s enough gravity to every shot and grenade toss to make your actions feel as though they have heft. Gameplay: 10/10
Multiplayer: Okay for the most part, although the controls are a little awkward when two people are sharing one screen. Multiplayer: 7/10
Length: Considering the extremely addicting gameplay and large pallet of modes to battle through, the length of time you can spend enjoying this game is endless. I still play this game and it’s almost seven years or so since I bought it! Length: 10/10
Overall: Star Wars Battlefront gets an 8.7/10! An extremely fun entry to the Star Wars video game line, and I highly recommend it to any fan of the series.
